Custom & Couture Orders

Custom-made and couture garments are created specifically for each client.

Production times generally range from 10–20 business days, depending on the design, material availability, and current production schedule.

Because these garments are made specifically for the customer, custom and couture orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SimAllure Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
