Refund, Return & Store Credit Policy

Returns


Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order or purchasing in-store.


To qualify for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.


Store Credit Only


SimAllure Boutique does not offer cash refunds.


Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping charges). Store credit may be used toward any future purchase online or in-store.


Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
