Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SimAllure Boutique. We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom, couture, or made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable.
  • Custom-made and couture orders require additional production time. Depending on the design, materials, and current production schedule, custom orders may take approximately 10–20 business days to complete before shipping.
  • If your custom order requires additional time due to material availability or design complexity, we will notify you and keep you updated throughout the process.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our Leesburg, Florida boutique. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SimAllure Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
